IE3 Prep
Now that the audit was behind us, the instructors were given feedback by the proctors and that feedback was communicated to us to provide potential areas of improvement. And for the next 3 months, we worked hard and learned 3 more calibers to round out our movement servicing and theory education. Since IE3 was the most important exam of our program (excluding the final in Geneva), we took a few practice exams to prepare us with double-blind grading implemented to remove any bias. For most of us, it started off pretty rough. I personally saw a sharp dip in results in my first practice run which kind of felt like a gut punch after my shining audit score. However, after receiving ample feedback on our work for the first two practices, I sought to improve as much as possible. I wanted there to be no areas that could be left up to interpretation. That motivation drove me to a 5.4 on the final IE3 practice and a 5.5 on IE3!
